If you want a good deal on the blow dryer look at ones for pets, they are made by the same company and sell for less. Got my metro sidekick for $69 bucks shipped last fall from a pet supply place and it came with a six foot hose that didn't come with the ones from cycle places.
After readin all this ...one is left baffled. If I can not find a cheap air blower on ebay under 70 bucks I think I will buy a Leaf Blower. As long as you don't drag it through the dirt I think u should be fine. The only thing is that it is combersome but with this it won't take long.
Damn...just one more bulky object for the garage. Double Damn.
I got mine at Home Depot on sale for $20. A Toro. I do dry and wax it at the same time, Black paint shows spots real bad. I too looked at the $100 + air dryers just couldn't see spending that much, to each their own I guess
i was at my local harley shop today because they were running my bike on the dyno and i was back watching... while i was watching i seen the guy that have hired to just wash bikes after service. when he was dying them off they had him using a leaf blower that just plugs in the wall. i know they sell dryers you guys were wondering about because my boss just bought one. but it tell me something when i see a harley shop not using them and using a leaf blower. so i'll stick with a leaf blower
