I'm not sure which part you are refering to. I'm unsure what a exhaust actuator is. Could you be refering to the O2 sensor? The unit which screws into the exhaust header just outside the head? What type of exhaust system are you trying to put on your bike?

Contact bigjoechoppers in Australia, they can provide a connector to replace the electric servo connector. This will take care of the error code. They also provide a connector for the air intake.

dc4stroke, the european and Australian models have an Acrive exhaust valve, something to do with noise regulations at certain rpms.

DC4,
He lives in Moscow and has one of the 'international' bike's.
Most of them have the actuator in them that redirects the exhaust through the upper muffler when its just cruising along.

Adruha,
How did you finally make out with the broken fuel line?
Did you have to go throught the local dealer or did you manage to get one cheaper someplace else?

Yes I have bought a fuel wire one month ago. I could order it through the friend. It works for official dealer HD in Moscow. It has given me the greater discount, its price has made 50 $.

I too have solved this problem. The method:-) on Russian. It was very difficultly but effectively. I have forced to work this mechanism in single! Also has established loud mufflers:-).

I shall show you photos I hope you are familiar with this unit.

Inside of a tube the compressed spring. :-) :-)
