Default What lowering kit?

So I'm planning to drop the rear of my train in the near future.

My question is what drop kit did you guys use?

I used the progressive rear adj studs. takes about 5 min to raise or lower once installed

I used a 25 dollar ebay kit and ir worked good. Same as the more expensive bolt kits.

pardon my ignorance...but why do we lower the rear ends? is it for cosmetic reasons, short people can't flat foot or what?

Best = Air Ride system.
Better = Progressive 422 shock kit
OK = Ultima adjustable shock kit
Ummmm = Lowered stiff and riding rough El-Cheapo bolt kit.

Me? El Cheapo bolt kit complete with Kidney pain and lovin' every minute of it!!

would have to agree...my ride is pretty stiff with the cheap lowering kit I did...am seriously considering going with the air...if you can afford them from the gate go with air shocks

422's for good ride and not as much$$$ as AIR RIDE
