no reason to tune the bike to the pipes...I have the XiED's on the bike and the pipes sound great, dont backfire or have any problems....just too loud

 

Mine back fire alittle but sound awesome i dont use my baffles think there to quiet

What do urs look like? prob same as mine but just curious. 1450s are abit louder also are they not......

 

they are not the rebel mid baffles. they are 27394HKR rebel short. they are about 5 in long and the tool is for your baffles. 27248HKR CORE INSTALL AND REMOVAL TOOL
27341hkr is for troublemakers

you can remove your baffles and wrap them and they would be the same as the quiet baffles

 

Run em for a couple weeks and get used to the sound. You will decide you don't want the quiet baffles, trust me.

You shouldn't need a tune either.

 

I would ride them for a while, I had quiet baffles in my shortshots at first, but now BCT baffles are so much better. The quiets are ok, just too deep and quiet
