Question Elect Tach Wiring Question
Hello All,

Can someone please help me with a wiring question?

I am converting my bike from a mechanical tack to an electronic tach. I bought a tack off a 1985 Fatboy. It has three (3) wires on it. The colors appear to be black, brown, and purple. Can someone look up in a wiring diragram and tell me where the wires should go?

Its hard to tell, but the wires might be black, pink and orange. the picture is not very good.
