what is the minimum rise you can have with the stock Softail speedo console?

I have the 7" rise, and you can see from my pics above, that's about as close as you can get. I had about .25" clearance.

I have the Carlini t-bars with 5' rise, 6.5 pullback and 31.5 width on a 2000 Fatboy. I am 6'2 which makes a nice and low profile with no clearance issues.
