I witnessed a goose strike last weekend.....two of them took off low from the median, and one got nailed by a car 50 years in front of me....feathers everywhere....he/she was pretty big.....what a mess, and such a downer to see...
This would be a horrible strike if it were a bike.....really scary...
got a grasshopper the size of a bic lighter just above the right eye last year. it exploded and i wiped it off my face i had a hand full of yuck.. where do you wipe it off at 40? and my best was a 6 ft wicker shelf missed me by about 3 inches.. note to people moving.. tie your crap down!!
rode sat and sunday this weekend, sat just bugs the usual stuff but sunday three ducks crossing the road the first bounced of the car infront of me and all three turned around heading back was able to go between the second and third, but think i left a mark on my seat. all i was doing was watching the car in front of me, then brake lights then ducks. Gotta be quick and make the right choice EVERYTIME
