Default Thumbscrew On Seat
Hi agian...the questions are coming fast now that I have started working on my bike and buying a few things so here's another one. What other kind of screw is out there to replace the Thumbscrew that attaches the seat to the back fender on my Heritage Classic. What do some of you use instead and where did you get it. I hate that ugly looking screw it does nothing for the look of the rear fender area.

So some suggestions please?

J&P Cycles offer a large selection. I went with a bigger "kurnelled" thubm screw easy to put on and off even with rack mounted.

just remember that anything that makes it easier for you to remove your seat also makes easier and quicker for a thief.

I,m with Haksaw, make it as difficult as possible. Your money's better spent prettying up something else.
