Default Base seat screw

Hey there,

In the process of messing about with the external (rear fender) seat screw, It popped out and now, I'm wondering if you have to actually remove the back tire to get this back in there...

there is a large part, and plastic cowling that goes on top, but unless you have arms like an anorexic, I can't see how to get it up in there...

any clues, thoughts, tips or tricks?

I took a piece of wire and knotted one end, threaded it through the nut and up through the hole in the fender attaching the plastic retaining piece. is that what you meant?

Absolutely.

I mean, when you can get a bag of 100 of them for like under 10 bucks, you'd be foolish not to.
