Default New pics of my xBones

Finally got it looking almost the way I want it, and clean enough for this crowd I'm going to try to remember everything I've done - for my sanity as much as anything Last think I want is to figure out how much I've spent though... That could give anyone nightmares.

2009 FLSTSB Cross Bones

V&H Big Radius
RSD Venturi AC
FuelPak
HD Sissy Bar
HD Detachable Windshield
HD Saddle Bags
16" Apes from Road6 Customs
FX Forward Controls
Diamond Black Collection grips, rider and passenger footpegs, shifter peg and brake pedal pad
Drag Specialties Black Clutch and Brake levers
Drag Specialties horn cover
Drag Specialties Smoked turn signal lenses
C&C custom Squareback seat
Powder coat Primary and Derby covers wrinkle black

Thats all I remember atm... More to come soon I'm sure, I just can't seem to stop spending money on this thing.

Very very nice, but that tailight has to go.
Not sure the Tri-Bar would be the best bet for your bike.
But that stocker just doesn't get the job done and needs to go.
Replace the light with a fabricated plate painted black and a side mount for the plate and tailight.
Or put a tailight on the sissybar with the plate on the side maybe?

I agree 110%, I hate the taillight. Exile Cycles has a pretty nice setup, but it was around $500US last time I priced it out... I have a side mount plate holder ready to go on, but yeah, the taillight has to go at the same time.

I hated it too, that's why the Tri-Bar was one of the first things I put on my Custom.
But I'm not sure it would be a good "fit" for an X-Bones. IMHO its a bit too "modern" for that model bike.
Personally, I would fabricate a new tailight that would fit the contour of the space under the fender with a flat "D" shaped piece of dark red plastic.

Or replace the fender altogether with something like the Rockers and either use a side mounted plate/tailight setup. Or eliminated the tailight altogether and use side mounted plate with a run/turn/brake module and red LED's in the turn signals like the Rocker has.
