Thanks everyone for the suggestions and offers to help. I got the part list from Zanotti HD.
FYI - I checked with the local HD dealer and found that HD doesn't sell the entire assembley anymore but they do sell the individual parts. They priced the parts for me - $363.48 (Wow) Online from Zanotti's $260.60 - better but still a lot.
My friend found an assembly locally and bought it so hopefully we can get him on the road soon - after some training of course! I think he paid $75 or so. Not bad.
