I always look so cool walking into the bar after an evening ride.....only to find bug sht all over my jacket.

Do I own a shield? No. Future for road trips? Possible.

Do what you want, this is only a silly forum and who cares what we think.

My Deuce came with one and the only time I have used it so far was the ride home.
No windshield for me but everyone likes something different.
To me it looks much better without.
Bug guts are part of the ride be proud of them in your teeth.

I dont run with a windshield, its just my choice. But call me crazy I love the bugs, debris, and what ever else hits ya! Everytime I get nailed with a good one, I just smile and take it in Its what riding is all about. Having no windshield has never altered the amount of time I spend on the road.

Hell yes! For local, beach and hill rides I don't need it. But for the freeway...HELL YES! That neck pain is no fun. I'll take the windshield every time when I'm on a road trip or up over 60mph for extended periods!

My windshield adds at least 2 months to the riding season. I leave it off in the summer but put it back on around October or November. I leave for work at 5:30 in the morning and it's still mighty cold in the fall. Couldn't ride comfortably without it.
