tank emblem question

i am looking for a new tank emblem and i really like the one on the 1996 heritage (see attached). the local dealer told me that it's protected and i have to trade in old ones to get these. anyone know how i can order them without trading any in? anyone have some to sell? anyone know the part number? i like the one with the red circle inside. thanks
they were the FLSTN Nostalgia series where only a limited production of 2700 i believe
were manufactured.
I have seen new badges listed on e-bay but you have to pay a pretty penny
to get them..

They are a "restricted item". I have a set that i was going to use but did complete paint instead. F.Y.I....they are different than the stock Fatboy sticker and will NOT cover it up completely.
