Fork tube cover rubs fender:deluxe

I recently purchased a new but used bike (Deluxe) with 93 miles on it and notice that the fork tube cover is rubbing the side of the fender. The fork tube cover has cut through the paint when the suspension compresses and the tube cover is favorably off center to the fender side.

Is there any kind of adjustment to center this tube cover? Upon my initial review, I can't figure out how to adjust the cover without taking the whloe light assembly off.

Take off the back plate and check if they are tightened down. There are 2 screw holding them on. good luck

That blows. Take it apart and reassemble. That should fix it.
