Ok guys-I know this has been posted before but I am still confused and really need this question answered correctly! I was at Americade yesterday and Performance machine was there-fell in love with there wheels lol.
Here is my question-I have a 2006 Fatboy- I want to know what the biggest front wheel I can put on it is forget about fender clearence-i will get a different fender if I have too. Also on the rear wheel--what is the widest tire that will fit in the stock swingarm again forget the fender-I will change that if needed. The guy at performance machine said he wasnt sure if a 180 or 200 would fit in the swing arm of an 06 fatboy-he said to call Harley and ask them.
here is the combo i wanted-21 in front wheel and a 18x5.5 in the rear with a 180 or 200 tire. Will I have to go to a narrower belt and rear pulley? wil this combo work? Again I am willing to change the fenders.
Thanks for all the help--its appreciated
John
I'd imagine you could get a 21x 3.5. I don't know about any bigger for sure. Call up Hogpro and talk to Phil. He can sort you out on all that info. 818 886-6545
