Default Fishtail length...

Okay, I have finally had a chance to sit down and think this week. I have decided that I really want the extra long fishtails on my true duals. I have a set of 26"'s on there now, and a set of 22"'s as well. I know I will scrape a lot easier with these, but they just look so freakin' cool. Gangsta cool. I mean super OG. Anyway, let me know what you think. Here is a pic of my bike now with the 26"'s and another bike with the 36"'s. Vote up people.

If I had either of those pipes on my sled they would be ground down to nothing.

I agree with WildMan- that style isn't for me but I make NO difference in your world. That's what's cool about "us" as a community- we all have different tastes that appeal to different people. Do what you want- you get to ride it every day!

They already scrape a lot, i would definitely have to slow down a bit. A good idea just for that reason, at least I am sure the wife would agree.

Well, I'm planning on getting 36"ers, but keeping my shorter ones, also. Same thing I'm doing with my 16" wheel, putting on the 21" but will probably mix 'n match down the road when I want a different look.

Get the 36s.

The 26 look cool, you would have to be really careful with any longer..folks walking into them, and parking 1/2 way in the road

I already park halfway in the road now as if I am angled at all I hit the tips on the curb. Not to mention when I got my air ride the guy told me make sure it is down before you back up as he had a brand new set of fishtails, backed up to the curb, slammed his bike and bent the fishtails all up. I am still stuck on how much they are going to scrape in the canyons, but they look so damn cool. More votes. Bump it up.
