That's BS. The MoCo should be happy that we want to look things up online in the shop manual. That means that we BOUGHT one of their bikes! They made enough profit on the original sale without having to charge us for the instructions on how to fix it. It's not even the money, for most it's just the convenience of having it available on your computer whenever you need it.

When I picked a manual up for my newest purchase the rep told me that before too long ALL the manuals will be on a CD, I prefer to have the book handy.
