Arlen Ness Apes
I really like the look of the Arlen Ness apes with the built in riser, but what I don't like is not being able to adjust the riding position. Does anyone have these and if so do you find them to be too far back? I would be putting them on an 09 Night Train. I am about 5'10" with an average arm length.
Just want to make sure that they aren't too far back to where the ride is totally uncomfortable.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i would get a set that is adjustable. i've adjusted my apes a couple of times to find a position i like. mine haven't slipped any either if that's what you're worried about. i would hate to spend the money on those any not be happy with them.

I had the dealer replace my stock drag bars with a Softail Custom handlebar and risers.
They fit me just fine.
“not being able to adjust the riding position”
it’s going to be hit and miss without first sitting on something with the set up you want.
