Hi all
has anyone ever had hand painted logos or pin striping done on an oil tank already with factory wrinkle black on it? I can free hand a logo and some initials my self but never painted on anything like the wrinkle black paint. any tips?
Cantdr55: I've seen photos of this on line somewhere, and it looks good, when I had my tins painted, the guy that did it asked me if i wanted the rocker boxes flamed also...I passed because of the extra fee, and the bike wasn't there anyway. try getting some of that krylon wrinkle paint...it has the same texture as the factory wrinkle, and you can practice on it.
thanks guys. Gonna try on an old part first and try and work it out. I was actually more concerned about longevity and how it would all hold up over time.
