Default got rained on, xb broke

i went to J&P cycles open house yesterday, and it was a good time.. lots of cool bike and products. when we left it looked like it might rain, andsoon after it was pooring.. we trudged through, and when i got home i was soaked to the bone.. right before i got home i realized that the turn signals on my 2009 xbones werent working.. no left, no right, and no hazards... the front ones do light up for the running lights, but no signals at all..

could rain really of done this.. i am a little concerned about the fact that a 09 bike would already be having troubles from a afternoon shower..

i need to get my manual out and figure out whats happening, but i am not impressed.

I wouldnt even fvck with the fuses. Take that Bike to the dealer and let them find the short. It does have one. You replace the fuse and what the next time its wet it will short out and blow it again? Eff that.

My old beater 05' hasnt ever failed me. Not even once. These bikes are well built and designed to go the long haul....Let the dealer fnd that short and you should be all good for many years and many miles.

I would take her back to the dealer....

I have been through monster storms (not by choice) with no issues
this was when my bike was stock.... so IMO you have an issue

I was @ J&P too, although not riding when the storm hit. My 08 XBones had no issues...I know riding @ 80 mph would drive moisture into stuff, but this shouldn't be happening.

sounds like a good reason to lose some weight and slim the bike down. just take them off and not worry about it. you were born with a turn signal hanging off you left shoulder.

I'm pretty sure getting a new Harley wet voids the warranty
