Back in 05 when I installed the PC III in my 05 Fat Boy I could swear I remember the directions saying to use dielectric grease and doing so.

Now I'm installing a PC V in my 09 Fat Boy, and the PC V instructions do not say to use it.

Are you folks that installed the PC V using dielectric grease?

nope...instructions said nothing about it,niether does the PCV site

 

I didnt use it its been on since march no issues.

 

I didn't use it either, it did not mention it so I thought well if they dont want it I wont use it

 

coulda sworn my PC-V instructs said to add some.

Either way it's better to have it in there than not so I would say put it in.
