all that needs to be done is 2 holes drilled and threads tapped for the front bracket and the plastic under the seat needs to be trimmed to accommodate the narrower struts and rear fender.

I'm really interested in getting a Softail Deluxe as an upgrade. But I'm short and am not sure if I can handle the 700+lbs. I've only been riding for a year. Can anyone tell me if this bike would be a good upgrade for me? Does it have a a lower center of gravity weight? Any input would be much appreciated
