WTG on the win! You have a really nice bike there.

I rode the Deluxe and RK Classic. I liked the RK ride better; but the Deluxe caught my eye first and it regained my eye in the end. I like the stripped down sportier look.
I had a similar dilema. I have a bad back and was warned off of the softails but was in love with the Deluxe. Matter a fact it was you that gave me the idea of shaving the seat to help fit my long legs. Even had a downpayment on a bagger, but I just couldn't do it.
SteelPony if you have your license ask the dealer for a demo rides pn the ones you like. Most will be happy to take you for a ride. (one note: I have not seen a dealer yet that has a springer demo).
actually, I was out there enjoying the hundreds of bikes (all makes and models) and these people were walking around looking at the bikes. I thought they were just admiring them. About an hour later, they asked me to put my bike in the competition. My wife was a little upset at first because she was waiting for me to come pick her up for a ride--------but then she forgot about her anger once she heard I won.
Rose-------I too like my bars; bbbuuutttttt I sat on a Heritage this weekend that had beach bars and it was heaven. It was like I was sitting at the kitchen table with my forearms on the table. Kinda wide; but absolutely no reach. I like mine; but his were perfectly placed.
SMSgt B.............it's rainy season in my home country isn't it. Yep---I like to refer to Germany as my home from time to time. I was born there and lived there for a while.
I finally took a few photos this evening of my steelpony. Went for a nice long ride down the mountain to the prarie. Last time I wrote you I was leaning toward a softail Springer. But after watching what you have been doing to your bike and all the others as well. After seeing the new 07 FLSTN's - I purchased a new olive pearl green 96 cu. six speed. After I break it in 1000 miles all the accessories ought to be in by then. I'll keep you posted brother... Cheers!
Finally took a few photos of the new steelpony! Just over six hundred miles thus far. I ordered some accessories and they sholud all be in by the time I take it in for the 1000 mile check-up... I am thouroughly enjoying this smooth powerful pony. Enjoy
SFC Mo,
I run the Wild One Chubbis. You can check their website and it will show the different bars on various bikes. If you are considering them, you might consider using the heritage style one inch riser bar clamp assembly, it cleans up the front end and puts the bars in a real comfortable position.
