Actually..I very seldom need a helmet lock but when I do..I enjoy the novelty of the 'cuffs'.

My buddy had one stolen off of his bike and it was just a stupid 1/2 helmet covered in stickers. It sucks to have to ride home without one in a helmet law state. He made it home without being stopped, but still.
