I'm 6'6" and have two C&C seats. The Solo sits me down and back and the Sport Tour also sits me down but not as far back as the solo, but not a huge difference. The stock FB seat sat me way to high on the bike. The C&C sits me in the bike, which is how I prefer. Both need time to break in until the comfort level sets in. I also have floorboard extensions which helps.
Im 6' 3" with a 34" inseam and have a C & C Fastback on my bike it moved me back and down compared to the stock seat or the HD Badlander. I find it very comfortable and its almost 5 yr old and as good as new.
I agree about the HD Tall Boy seat, really creats a ackward riding position high on the bike and not very good looking on a Fatty IMO.
Dugan, onoe other question. If the extesion requires a longer shifter rod does that place the controls up to the point where removing the oil filter becomes a problem?
I have Bubbas Floorboard extension kit, which moves the floorboard pans forward about 2" and I also got the extended shift and brake levers. Just by moving the pans, I didnt need a longer shift rod.
I'm a bit confused.. I know they make seats that do move you down and back. Did you call and ask about a specific seat that was for sale on Ebay and he just gave the specs on that??
