Thanks everyone for your input, I called my local dealer today and scheduled to take my bike in to have it dyno'd and whatever else needs to be done. They could not get me in until next Wednesday, so it's going to sit in the garage. I guess I will polish on it if I can't ride it.

Ibeliece it was optional from 2000 until Harley's went all EFI in 07.
