A few weeks ago I bought some 18" Carlini gangster apes in 1.5 diameter for my 06 Deluxe. I now have two problems. First, Im thinking about selling the bars to a friend and getting the same bars in 1.25 dia non-stepped because I think the bars may be a bit fat for my look.
Second, Im having trouble finding risers for the 1.5" bars as well as the 1.25" bars, if I were to go with those. I want short risers.
So....Can anyone suggest risers for either 1.25" or 1.5" bars?
Picking out the risers is proving to be more difficult then the bars.
If you have suggestions of pictures of your risers please post.
Carlini has risers that fit all of their bars. I believe if you check the aftermarket catalogs (JP cycles, Drag Specialties, Custom Chrome, etc) you can find risers for 1.25" bars. I think Flanders has them as well. The risers for 1.5" bars are probably going to be the more difficult to find other than Carlini. You might have to find other manufacturers of 1.5" bars and see what they offer for risers.
