Default Not sloppy?

I did a seach on oil change, and did not find what I wanted. My skills are lacking for seaching, I guess.

Anyway.....
How in the F**k do you do and oil change on a Deluxe without making a mess of the ordeal?

I've poked holes at 12 and 6 six on the filter, with a cut up milk carton to divert the oil away from the frame and such. I still have Have it drool all over the place.

Can I be clean?

The Cornwell tool truck comes by the shop I work at and he has been trying to sell a formed plastic funnel designed for Softails. So far no one has taken him up on it. I just pull the filter and then clean up whatever is left with Brake Kleen.

Tin foil an poke holes. It is still a messy job due to the design of where the filter mounts. Practice makes perfect though.
