Tour pack on Deluxe

Tour pack on Deluxe
I prefer the look of my Deluxe without bags, but for weekend trips I'm looking at the tour pack. Since I don't always have a passenger, was thinking of getting both the standard and solo rack, thinking this will allow me to use the tour pack in either configuration. I have a call into the parts guy at the dealer, but, his business is to sell parts so I'm wondering if anyone has done or is doing this and does it work well.

My Solo Tour Pak Rack should be arriving today according to the UPS website. I ordered the Solo Tour Pack Detachable rack and Docking hardware. I didn't buy the Harley Tour Pak though, instead I bought the Kuryakyn Mini GrandTour pak which can be carried around. I have the stock rack and passenger seat off the bike all the time for a complete solo look too.

put the tour pak and quick detach hardware on my 05 classic, quick detach side plates on the back rest. it's great! 60 seconds to how ever you wanna look and uese yer scoot.you won't be dissapointed.

You will like it a lot BlueRose.......It's like sitting in a recliner......The ultimate in back support.....You can do 500-700 mile day's no problem.
