I had a gentleman over on another site build me a mount for the mirror on the left side to fill the old clutch perch area. I am running Joker Machine JX hand brake and switches. Not sure where you're talking about the taper down - the hand end fits right up to the controls, the riser mount area was made for the stock risers to fill the space but I changed to 3" RSD risers. It's all good......
I was talking about the part of the bars that you filled in with the mount for you mirror. I talked to the guy at BR Customs today, and he is going to set me up with bars designed for no clutch (they'll be 1.5" out all the way to the grip on the left hand side). Thanks for the help...........
