My first thought when I look at the Python stuff is that its made by Vance & Hines?

That Python 2-1 is a dead ringer for V&H pro-pipe. If thats the case? Thern it a proven performer....

this is by no means a bash on pythons, iv seen them and they do look lk V&H. i nearly bought a set. The only reason i didnt is because a tuner at my local stealer who i actually trust, said they are not the pipe V&H are. he only elbaborated they dont get the numbers V&H do and the customer service is no where near V&H's. again not bashing them. They even knocked $100 my long shots to match the Pythons price. said id be happier I was game

i had a set of python3's and they were good pipes. sounded really good and had pretty good hp. when i switched to my hookers i lost 3hp and gain 3tq. i don't know anything about the 2-1 but the ones i had people asked me about them all over the place and i never had any problems with them, i took a video of them on my bike..... let me see if i can find it.

My neighbor bought a set 2-1's earlier this summer, through e-bay..
He rides a 04 carb FB he bought used last year.. no dyno so the #'s are ???ably. he did say seems to have more low Tq.
From what I saw they looked OK, sounded a little quieter than my 2" rush or other V&H's Big Shots pipes...Although a lot better than the stockers his came with. Nice decent deep throaty sound. He's never really got on it in our elderly, condo addition.
Dont know about quality, don't talk to him often, they are still on his bike..

To me they look a little like Fatcats, cept the slash is a little concave and maybe a little shorter.
