Drill the whole thing out if you have to,...and re-tap it 1 size bigger, ..if all else fails. A decent pocket drill and die tap set is about 25$
and an extractor set about $20. Taps (left) Extractors(right)

EVERYONE,
Thanks for ALL the Help! I really appreciate it. I went to Sears and got a 10pc. screw extractor kit, drilled the bolt, put the extractor in it, tapped it down and unscrewed with ease!!!

I will take pictures of my new solo seat tomm when it is light out.
