I’ll start by saying this might be a stupid question but trying to do things on my so here goes. While I was picking up stuff for an oil change I decided I should go ahead and get plugs. I go to change them and find out the stock plugs the Harley dealer gave me (5/8) are not the same size as what’s in the motor (Accel brand). The 13/16 socket barley fits on the plug, feels loose and will not slide completely into the head? WTF? When I try to turn the plug if feels as if it’s going to strip so I stop. What should I do? I considered finding a dirt bike plug tool thinking it will slide into the head because they are thin walled??? (2000 Fatboy Carb. w/ cam, exhaust and some head work)
