hello all!i got great info on the 07 trains from a hd employee at the americade.i started asking a few questions about the 07 because thats when i plan on getting one.well first i asked about the tranny,i wanted to know if the 6 speed would be an option the employee said he couldn't tell me,ok.then i asked about the motor.i asked what would be the biggest i could get from the factory without my dealer touching the motor.again he said he couldn't tell me.damn!!!so he asked me what size motor would i like from the factory?guys look at my name and you tell me what i told him.lol!!!!he then gave me a big pat on the back and quote"YOU WILL BE A VERY HAPPY MAN NEXT YEAR WITH BOTH MOTOR AND TRANNY"my reply was thank you very much

 

And that told you what....

 

i think we will see 103ci and a six speed tranny in the 07 train.one can only hope!!!

 

good luck but these stealers dont know squat. there all the same,only want your cash. i will only buy used from now on. and not from any stealers. you can get almost brand new bike for several thousand less. look on ebay before u buy,some real steals.

 

Don't bet on the MoCo adding an accessorie like a 103 to the Night Train any time soon. First, that wouild drive up the base price, and second, that would screw their dealership network's ability to sell it and install it and profit from it..

 

wasn't told by a STEALER in first place.besides what kind of dealer sells the bike for more the sticker i know my dealer doesn't (spitzies in albany ny).i was told by a guy at the americade were i test drove a nightrain me and him got talking for about 1/2 hour why i was waiting for the nightrain to get back from someone else test driving it.take it for what it is worth.
