Holly Chit, I used to ride behind My sons Deuce with the BR's and when he nailed it thay bout busted My ears, I mean they really hurt, can't imagine what they would be like without the baffles plus that will kill a lot of low end TQ.
Also U'll need another dyno tune to get her dialed in again with the Race tuner...
A friend of mine saw, and heard me going down the highway. He said my BR 2 into 2 pipes were very loud. Since you sit in front of them, maybe they aren't as loud to you as you would like. Have someone else take your bike for a spin and listen from behind. I'll bet you will find them loud enough.
They are right, just removing the baffles will make it loud... just not a good loud. Get some new baffles in them... ones that don't reduce as much as the standards. Much like the monsters they have mentioned.

2nd that, my buddy has big radius, Ive got Hooker troublemakers. After riding with him I thought, there is no way mine sound nearly that loud, even though mine point straight at the ground and reverb quite a bit back to me. I typically ride on the shoulder and he rides on the line, his pipes are always pointed at me. We switched off and tore down the road . . . . Holy crap! Your pipes are 10 fold louder to everyone around you than they are to you.
