Default straight riser question

Hey all. So I gots a question. I installed some 6" straight riser on my standard to go with my drag bar and after torquing down the top clamp bolts (the risers are the kind that dont use a top clamp, they are individual risers) there is still like an 1/8" gap between the top clamps and the risers. My buddies say its not a big deal and that they have seen the same gap on other bikes with the same installation. The bar measures out a 1" but is powdercoated and the risers measure out a hair shy of 1" which makes sense since they should be for proper fitment (i assume). Anyway, has anyone else experienced this?

Like Decon said, you are good to go. As long as the clamp is tight and the bars dont move, you are fine. there should be a gap.
