Cutting down a windshield

I used a jig saw in a vise.Like everyone says use lots of tape mark it how you want,use a not too fine metal blade.Sand the edges with 80 grit when done,then 1000 grit,if you screw up a bit just file the bobo out keeping the shape you want.It's just plastic......

What I did but I sanded by hand. This might help you out also.
