has anybody put slip on mufflers on there fatboy lo yet like rush slip-on . i am still looking for the best slip on muffler i want to keep the factory look thank you people

 

If you want to keep the factory look get some SE slip on's. I like rush better myself as they are a bit deeper and louder.

I just ordered the Vance and Hines Slip Ons for my Heritage....

I was debating between Rush and V & H...
I went with the V & H because I got a good deal on them from the SIte Sponser Dr. V-Twin

 

the best is what U end up buying.....
I like my rush and have had them for 23k, but U might think there are too loud or some thing else.....they now have them in black.

I've ordered one 2010 Fat Boy Lo in Black Denim. With a pair of black Rush Baloney-cut slipon mufflers on it. Among other (BLACK) things.

I'll load up some pics when I get the bike from the dealer. Depends on how fast they ship it to Sweden from the US. Can't wait!

cant go wrong with the rush. the 2'' baffle sounds great. but if you dont like it,the baffles are easily changed-louder or quieter,your preferance. also the stock heat shields fit right on them perfectly.

i have the 2010 fatboy lo nice bike i got the vivid black.....i am on the fence with the stock mufflers nice looking mufflers to quiet for me lol..i called rush you can get the black slip on mufflers. they told me they are working on a satin chrome muffler like the stock fatboy muffler. this is why i am wainting see what happens if not i will get the black ones and put my heat shields on. riding season is almost over here...sad
