Default fxstc front end wobble

I have a o7 fxstc with 15000 miles on her. it seems like the front end wobbles once in a while above 50 miles per hour. i was wondering if this is normal due to the small tire up front it is the 21 x 2.15 . or if i have something wrong that i need to repair, the front bearings are original and i have replaced the tires with similar results. any help would be appreciated.

It could be how much tread your tire has, tire pressure, spokes loose in your wheels if you have spokes, steering bearing...Also, is your tire properly balanced?

As HarleyGoodies said, could be a whole lot of different things, or a combination. Check you steering head bearings and fall away.

Had the same problem with mine. Tightened the steering head bearing a little and all is well.

I have an 07 custom and It started wobbling at around 75 at around 15 k. Tried all kinds of stuff and it turned out to be the lower steering head bearing had failed, came out in pieces, Indi that changed them said that he thought they were not seated right from the factory. It cost a 100 bucks and the problem went away and has not returned for another 10k. Good luck that is not only annoying it is dangerous as well.

a guy in the general Harley chat was have the same issue with this rear wheel. Turns out one of his spokes broke and caused all the rest to loosen up. As stated above check each spoke if you have them.
