Bike broke down today. When i started my bike this morning it was a little slow turning over. I just figured it was the cold weather. Well i stopped on my way to work and it started even slower. I figured i should just head home so i took the freeway and when i got off the freeway it died and would not even begin to turn over. I figure its got to be the batt. Or the stator. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else? Its a 1992 softail custom.

Loose battery terminal?

 

gave her an oil change the other day and i must have knocked the stator connector off. idiot

 

chit happens. atleast it wasnt anything serious.
