Default turn signal relocation kit

I currently have an 08 train with a haulin' *** backrest. I'm looking into getting a harley quick detach backrest for the bike instead. I was wondering if anyone had pics of the rear turn signals installed with the relocation kit from harley. 90% of the time the backrest won't be on so I want to see how it will look. I'm wondering if the kit looks strange without the backrest attached. Thanks.

DONT DO IT. i switch from the haulen as to a detachable and no you dont have to relocate to the ugly post on the relocation kit. you only need to shave 3/8 in off the detachable bracket. just the part that bows out and they will fit. here is a picture.

Yup, the H-D relocation kit is ugly as sin. You might also consider a pair of the Alloy Arts LED signals.

Yup, what he said. I did the same thing, it works very well and you don't have to go through the hassle of relocating your signals.

+1 on the Alloy Arts led's. They really clean up the rear end.
