Rocker; Completed Switch Housing,Caps and WillieG Grips
Just a few Pics of the finished product. Today I completed the Throttle side of this upgrade. 4 Hours, no breaks and Here it is. One thing notable with this mod is that the instructions that come with the Switch Housing and the Handle Grips are pretty good however they say that a Service Manual is required for complete installation and this is VERY True. I just happened to order one about three weeks ago on a whim. Other wise when these parts arrived I would have had to wait for the manual first.
For Example after the Throttle side is done you need to re-adjust the Throttle Idle and Accelerator. Proper removal of the Brake light sensor found in the right switch housing. Plus, Placement of a 4mm tab between the Master Cylinder and the front brake lever to insure no damage to the Brake Pin and it's rubber boot housing.
Anyway, Job Complete, Bike Idling fine and pics of the finished product. Now on to find a deal on a Heavy Breather Screamin Eagle Filter.
Cheers

Looks nice, now you should be able to do it in a lot less time when you get around to replacing those black cables with braided SS ones.
Oh yea and the master cylinder.
Not exactly sure what its going to run you, the prices have changed since I got mine. But I would plan on laying out around $300 for good lines like the Magnum Chromite II's.
That will include the clutch cable, throttle & idle cables and the front brake line.
Try going to the Magnum Shielding web site, they have all the bikes in there so you can get the right ones and know exactly what they are going to cost you.
BTW they are under contract to make the Diamondback cables for Harley. But Harley charges more for them and the clutch cable has only the upper half braided SS and the rest is black rubber coated.
Speaking of which, I know the price of a master cylinder, but what will SS braided lines run me $$$??
Thanks

If the master cylinder is for the front, all you need is one line with a line clamp under your bottom tree, two banjo bolts with washers, two banjo fittings and Dot5. The S/S line will run you depending on the length, from: 50"= $37.95 to 81"= $58.95. You'd be lookin' at a little over hundred bucks.

Called the local Harley shop cause I wanted to do my lines also and the quote i got was like $417 for all the lines. Including the rear brake hose. Went to a local shop and if I remember right barnet cables were right around 450. If you ave the acc. book or manual should be easy to get cable length to shop around.
