Default PC my triple trees

Going to powder coat my triple tree on my night train and started pulling it apart today. Whats the best way to get the wires out of the center of the triple tree? Cut the wires and re-soder? Or un pin them at the grips and push the through? The wires run under the tank towards the battery should i pull the tank and see if there is a connector under it?

Gotta pull the tank there is two connectors under there you'll have to undo. It's possible to just lift the front of the tank and unplug them.

Gotta pull the tank, disconnect the plugs, then push out the pins. I wouldn't cut the wiring unnecessarily.

I cut the harness to install extensions. Although everything works great, I won't be doing that again. Too much of a PITA.
