Everybody has their own opinion of what looks good or bad. For me, I thought the TH looked great, then when I heard one... I knew I'd found the pipe for me! I haven't bought the heatshields yet.

That's my Lo in the 1st reply pic (before I put the apes on). I bought my 1st TH back in 98 for my WG. I know there are pipes that look better but I can't run anything else. Just hooked on them. If they made them for my atv and dirtbikes I'd have them on there as well! lol

Sorry I didn't give credit... I did a google image search for "black thunderheader fatboy". I knew it was someone on here. Awesome ride TX Lo!
i have a black TH on my NT. GOt it locally (used) for $200. No heat sheilds, but I Love it. The worst thing about it is the heat, and I'm sure that can be cured with the shields or maybe wrap. Not sure which direction I'm going to go with that.
I am going to get the TH (Black w/heat shields) also PC-V.
anyone recommend a good reseller or should I hunt Ebay.
thanxs
Colin
It is going to be like a whole new bike. Do them both at the same time and when you take that first ride, you wont be able to stop smiling. The power gain is unreal.
My Thunderheader came from Dennis Kirk. I'm not sure if any of the vendors on this site carry the TH name? I found a few on Ebay for a little less $$$, but when you buy from DK, you know your getting the right part for your application, and it's easier to make it right if you don't.
Like stated above, you definitely won't regret it!
