I don't know if the night train's fender is the same, but I took the sissy bar off a softail custom, cut the middle bar out, then had it powder coated. I didn't like any of the newer HD ones as they were square and bulky.

from the fender it is 17 inches and yes it is from Harley

Get an Attitude stick with either the rigid or detachable sideplates. They come in chrome or black. Cycle visions has them. You can get them in various sizes. I have a black one for my 08 Cross Bones I got used on Ebay.

Mine is also an FXSTB sissy PCed by a friend. I didn't cut the bar out so I had SOcustoms make a leather B&S pad for it.
