Well, I went to two different dealers and neither could find me the chrome allen bolt for my A/C cover. This is the best they could do which is fine cause at least it's chrome.
The screw you are looking for is part of the EVO center medallion insert, p/n 29243-97, AWA the Nostalgic Bar&Shield oval AC, p/n 29765-01. Maybe the dealer can break out the separate screw p/n from one of those.

Yep Mr Lucky! We were actually looking at the parts catalog and I said to the parts guy "its the bolt that comes with the oval version of the nostalgic bar and shield...can I just get the screw?" Gives me grief just like you said! Says he cant break it up and of course they cant find a seperate one.
Oh well, the chrome phillips head is fine and looks good so its taken care of. Thanks for the help!
