I used the V&H Fuelpak with my V&H BigShot Staggered and SEAC and so far its running good. Fuelpak is $213 at Eastern Performance, sponser of this forum. The Harley SERT is $460 and the install dollars and Dyno time will add another $200-300 to that.
The V&H Fuelpak sets 18 modes of operation so it should do the job. They also have website downloads for most installs of their products and modifications. They are very experienced race tuners, and I am a happy camper so far. The bike has more power and pulls much better that stock.
It only took me 30 min to install the Fuelpak and set it up myself. I am not a mechanic, I am a retired Finance guy. If I can do it anyone can. The savings is about $500! Thats a big deal to me.
I have an 06 Flstci with the SC air filter, V&H 2 -1 pro pipe, dealer download, S&S 510 gear drive cams. It ran great from 2800 to 4500 rmp, but at 2000 - 2700 it ran like crap! I installed the PCIII. It still ran like crap early in the rpm's. I had it Dyno'd and WOW! I gained 25 tq in the 2100 - 2500 range with more HP! I gained 3-4 HP and TQ through out the power band. You need to get it dyno'd to take full advantage of the PCIII. Oh and I forgot to talk about the sound!!!
