Hey Shovelhead. I love the bike man, but what is the point of pissing all over this guys thread when he just want constructive opinions. I don't ride when it freezing azz cold outside because I have nothing to prove. When it's cold out, and you can't ride, you enjoy hobbies or whatever. Rocky's hobbie when he's not riding is still his bike. What's wrong with that? His showing his bike doesn't bother anyone. Just try and be a little more considerate. These forums are not for pizzing on people's parade.
So now the new guy orchestrated the dumping on? I think not. Either way I was influenced into getting in on the thrashing by my good friend "Story" Inoshita. He's a terrible influence on me. Basically I'll do whatever that hateful bastard tells me. It's kind of sad, really.

Tell me about it... My wife's the same way!! Hahaha
well if i had the chrome cash, id just chrome the carpet, the chain and posts..............and the tins.....but paint the tank badge to break it up.....maybe gold to match the hd covers
go to lowes or home depo and on there back wall somewhere they have rolls of carpet get the thin black or gray or what ever you want indoor out door cut 10x10 like suggested would look better and the stuff is cheap price i have used it on several boats very thin and flat.
Also like the idea of the sign a fancy one with all the bike info. alot of other good suggestions already posted.
Don't listen to those who say their bike is for riding and nothing else. I've had people tell me that I should spend less time cleaning and more time riding. The posers are the ones who say that crap. Nothing bothers me more than those who say things like I don't clean my bike and my bike was made for riding and not cleaning and I don't want to spend all day cleaning chrome cause I like to ride and all that other BS that gets thrown out here. Guess what, here's a crazy idea... I can actually clean my bike (as a matter of fact, it usually remains spotless) and crazy as it sounds, I ride it as well!!! Amazing. I bet you could actually keep your bike spotless, show it in shows AND ride it too!!!
Well, you get my point. Your bike looks insane. Keep doing what you like! Nothing wrong with wanting to keep something you spent good, hard earned money on clean and looking new. Take pride in your ride and keep showing it! Then do something crazy and ride it!!! Good luck in the show and again, your bike looks absolutely awesome!
