Haha Man I know what you mean. I went from a rocket to a Street Bob and mucked up my exhaust and primary my first day out. I'm going to have to be real conscious about the floorboards on my Xbones now. The 129 Dragon in Tennessee isn't very forgiving in the corners!
Yea i noticed that pegs are a total different feel than boards. I use to scub my pipes shooten sparks on my CBR. First time i dipped my Deluxe down...lets say i had to check my underwear because i almost $hit myself. Tight low turns just isn't happenen with boards....
Thats why i asked about fishtails scrubben with boards.....And i've dropped my bike down as low as it will go around corners and my boards hit 100% of the time but not my pipes....
how would the 33's look on a RK? Cause I wanna butt don't wanna look to crazy
On a road kin you need longer pipes so they can clear the bags. Another friend has a RK with fishtails and they are long and look great. I am not sure if I have a pic, but I'll see what I can dig up.
