Default Your opinions!

Hey guys want some opinions on what exhaust to put on my 2003 softail standard. Narrowed it down to 2. Right now im running samson big gun 2s short slashers but cant stand the decel popping. Thats what ya get with having open pipes. So now im thinkin vance and hines bss or samson legend series ripsaws leaving the baffles in on both pipes. Dont want the decel popping anymore. Whats your thoughts on the two listed. Does either one of these pipes sound better than the other as in the real sound a harley should sound like? If that makes any sense..lol!

The decel popping sounds more like a jetting issue. The V&H BSS are nice pipes with full length shields.Thats what im running. Either just look right on a fxst to me.

Vance and Hines will not give you decel popping as long as te baffles are left in. I don't know much about the Samson's you mentioned but I imagine the same thing. Have you thought about putting baffles in your current pipes to get rid of the decel popping?
